Refunds and Cancellations

If your request is declined

You are only charged if a prescriber at our partner pharmacy approves your consultation. If those prescribers decide treatment is not suitable, the hold on your card is released and you are never charged. Any authorised amount is returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. This includes any delivery charge. You do not need to request the release — it is processed automatically.

Cancelling before dispensing

You could cancel at any point before the pharmacy begins dispensing and receive a full refund including delivery.

After dispensing

Prescription medicines cannot be returned for reuse for safety reasons. Once dispensed, refunds would only be available where the wrong item was supplied or the item was damaged or faulty.

Unwanted medicines should be returned to any pharmacy for safe disposal.

Something wrong with your order

Contact us within 14 days and the pharmacy will arrange a replacement or refund.
